It focused on the status of aquaculture pond is necessary in order to:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>understand the potential for disused or abandoned aquaculture ponds to be rehabilitated back into mangrove forests and;<\/li>\n<li>to understand the potential for improved management of remaining aquaculture areas, not targeted for mangrove rehabilitation.
