Rispah holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Hasanuddin University and a Master’s from Brawijaya University. As a Community Facilitator, she has five years of experience in community assistance and ecological surveys. Previously, Rispah was active as a facilitator of Community Based Coastal Resource Management (CBCRM) and Rice Field School on Tanakeke Island, South Sulawesi. Other experiences include facilitating environmental education on the island. Most recently, she was a Zero Waste Management Facilitator at Human Initiative South Sulawesi. Her dedication to conservation, education, and environmental management reflects her commitment to sustainable development.
