Regista graduated from the Department of Biology, Hasanuddin University in 2008. After graduating, Regista became a volunteer at MAP Indonesia. After MAP Indonesia transformed into the Blue Forest Foundation, Regis worked as a Project Officer in the Coastal Ecosystem Resilience program which took place in Tanakeke. Regis has also served as a Site Coordinator in Asmat, Papua for the USAID LESTARI program and as a Mangrove Restoration Officer in Demak, Central Java for the Building with Nature program. Currently, Regista is in charge of monitoring, evaluating, and learning for projects running in Blue Forests as well as organizing knowledge products.
