Siska studied Business Administration at Hasanuddin University Polytechnic. Siska has strong financial management skills thanks to her experience working as a secretary, Sales Coordinator, and finance staff. Siska entered the world of non-profit organizations with the Mangrove Action Project (MAP) Indonesia and worked on finance for the Restoring Coastal Livelihood program for four years. After program ended and MAP Indonesia changed its name, Siska worked in all programs as Finance Manager.
