Novan was a graduate of Forestry Faculty, Tanjungpura University, West Kalimantan. Novan has a lot of experience in providing community assistance and has expertise in the field of GIS. Initially joining Blue Forests, Novan was tasked with assisting the community, LPHD and the village government in the field of livelihoods and capacity building in drafting regulations for Mangrove Forest Protection. Currently, Novan serves as a coordinator at the Kubu Raya Project Site, West Kalimantan.
