The Blue Forest Foundation is involved in ecological, social and economic assessments for the development of the Bekantan and mangrove ecotourism development training in Samboja. After being involved in the study, YHB also supported the implementation of mangrove ecology training, the Mangrove HHBK Field School, and the ecological mangrove rehabilitation training. The series of activities was supported by ELTI – YALE University and Tropenbos.
The purpose of this activity is to see the potential of natural resources and develop community capacity for the development of mangrove and proboscis monkey ecotourism on the Sungai Samboja River.
