Mustika graduated from the Department of Fisheries at FIKP Sam Ratulagi University, Manado. After completing her studies, Tika joined an NGO stationed in West Papua and focused on community assistance in fisheries management. Mustika also collaborates with rural communities to preserve livelihoods and ecosystems. Currently at Blue Forests Tika is in charge of assisting communities in Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan in the field of fisheries and livelihood.
