Ministry of Social Affairs supported the integration EMR program and Coastal Field School implemented to government programs. Through RCL (Restoring Coastal Livelihoods) project, Kemensos supported the initiative of 71 unit Coastal Field School, ecological mangrove rehabilitation program, and formed a Regional Mangrove Working Group (called KKMD)
